  • Why do I need a wedding coordinator?
    A great wedding coordinator will not only make YOUR life easier and stress-free when it comes to planning your wedding but will also streamline and simplify the jobs of your entire vendor team (including your venue coordinator!). This allows each vendor to deliver on their own offerings at the highest level which results in wedding amazingness for you.
  • What's the difference between you and a “venue coordinator?”
    In a nutshell, from our experience, your venue coordinator is responsible for overseeing the set-up, food and beverage, and logistics as it relates directly to the venue. We will coordinate and manage ALL logistics and design details with your entire wedding team. The image below depicts the differences well:
  • Can you help me find vendors?
    Yes, I have a list of recommended vendors. Most I have personally worked with in the past. These vendors have supreme reviews and I will help direct you in the right direction for your wedding vision and style.
  • Do you coordinate for destination weddings?
    Absolutely! I am a travel junkie! I can help you find the perfect location, accommodations, and information for you and your guests. Today’s couples have friends and family located all around the country. So having enough time to spend with them during the wedding can prove difficult. Instead of just one evening together, a destination wedding can provide you with several days at a destination of your choice to spend with your dearest friends and family. I will be on site and will work with you to ensure your special day is exactly what you dreamed. Help you locate and book the best vendors. Booking vendors in another country can be difficult and time consuming. I’ll explore reviews and pricing and coordinate these vendors for your event. Assist you in overcoming language barriers. Even if the vendors speak English, they may refer to items differently than you do. Assist in researching marriage laws and help obtaining any permits that might be needed.
